  2. 30-Day Health Certificate: All of our puppies come with a 30-day health certificate from our partnering veterinarian. This certifies that the puppy was in excellent health at the time of adoption and has received all necessary vaccinations, deworming, and veterinary care.
  3. Lifetime Support: We don’t just send you home with a puppy – our team of experienced breeders and trainers are available for the lifetime of your dog to provide guidance, training support, and any other assistance you may need. We view our adopters as part of the Fortune Splendor family.
  4. Rehoming Guarantee: If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your Fortune Splendor Dachshund, we will gladly take the dog back and find it a loving new home. We are committed to the wellbeing of all the dogs in our program.

How To Claim Health Guarantee

If any issues were to arise with your Dachshund puppy within the terms of our health guarantee, the claims process is straightforward:

  1. Contact Us Immediately
    As soon as you notice any potential health concerns, we ask that you reach out to us right away. 
  2. Provide Veterinary Documentation
    To validate the issue, we’ll need you to provide us with documentation from a licensed veterinarian outlining the diagnosis and treatment plan. This ensures we have the necessary medical evidence to process the claim.
  3. Review and Approval
    Our team will carefully review the veterinary records you provide. If the condition falls under the coverage of our 2-year genetic health warranty, we will work with you to determine the best course of action – whether that’s a full refund, a replacement puppy, or assistance with veterinary costs.
  4. Timely Resolution
    We understand health issues can be stressful, so we make it our priority to review and resolve any valid claims as quickly as possible. Our goal is to provide a seamless, hassle-free experience for our buyers.

Health Guarantee

The 2-Year Genetic Health Warranty is the cornerstone of our comprehensive health guarantee. Here’s how it works:

Covered Conditions:
This warranty covers any debilitating genetic disorders or conditions that are diagnosed within the first 2 years of your puppy’s life. This includes issues like intervertebral disc disease, progressive retinal atrophy, dwarfism, and other hereditary problems common to the Dachshund breed.

Claim Process:
If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition during the warranty period, the first step is to contact our puppy support team right away. We’ll need you to provide the following documentation from your veterinarian:

  • Written diagnosis of the genetic condition
  • Treatment plan and estimated costs
  • Confirmation that the condition is congenital/hereditary in nature

Refund or Replacement:
Once we’ve reviewed the veterinary records, we will work with you to determine the best course of action. This may include:

  1. Full Refund: If the condition is severe and cannot be adequately treated, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
  2. Replacement Puppy: If you prefer, we can work with you to find a suitable replacement puppy from our current litters that will be a good fit for your family.

In either case, we’ll cover all reasonable veterinary costs related to diagnosing and treating the genetic condition up to the original purchase price of the puppy.
